Slate has grown progressively thanks to the strong partnership and shared vision it has among its management team and the company's dedicated employees. Search Strategy
We carry out in-depth consultations with our clients to evaluate their needs and determine the best approach to meeting their requirements. We target the key factors surrounding these requirements and build up a thorough understanding of the position details and necessary qualifications involved, as well as the client's position in the market place and corporate culture.Once we've developed a position profile, we define the search area and target sectors before focusing on specific companies and seeking out the ideal candidate for the post.
Assessment
The next step is to conduct preliminary inquiries and develop an initial candidate list. We meet and assess a small number of potential candidates through personal contact and interviews. Slate's professional staff then prepare a confidential candidate assessment report, which is then presented to the client for review. When the client is ready to proceed, Slate moves to make the connection and assist further as required.Search Completion and Follow-up
In the final stage of our process, we consult with our clients to review the top candidates and help in a smooth completion of the evaluation process. Slate's professionals are on-hand to assist in negotiations and contact between the client and the candidate. After the position is filled, we follow up with client and the candidate alike to ensure that both are satisfied with our services ' and with each other.
